Rachel K. Belkin is a marketing strategist, educator, and entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in digital content creation, SEO, and brand development. She’s known for blending creativity with data-driven insight to help brands grow through storytelling, strategy, and authentic connection.
Rachel began her career by launching a healthy lifestyle blog and community in 2008. With no outside funding, she organically built the brand from the ground up, growing its reach across social media, email marketing, and search visibility. In 2021, she sold the business for six figures.
Today, Rachel leads Elkin Bay, a marketing and content agency based in Austin, Texas. She works with travel brands, PR firms, small businesses, and influencers to deliver strategic campaigns, high-impact content, and earned media coverage.
